In-stock items are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Delivery times vary per destination.
Please note House of Oria offers complimentary shipping within Canada for orders over $100 CAD.
For local customers, we have a Brampton pick up point available. At checkout, simply select the Brampton Pick-Up Point option.
Once your pieces are ready - usually within 2-4 business days, you’ll receive an email with full instructions and timing details.
Pick-ups are available on:
Tuesdays · 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Thursdays · 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM
If these time windows don’t work for you, our team will gladly help arrange an alternative pick-up time — just send us a message, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Pick-ups take place at:
7900 Hurontario St., Suite 1, Brampton, ON
Please note this is not a physical store front. When you arrive, simply pull up to the curb. Send us a quick message with your order number and a description of your vehicle, and our team will bring your order out to you.

To preserve the beauty and brilliance of your Oria pieces, we recommend the following care:

Avoid exposing your jewelry to water, moisture, lotions, perfumes, hairspray, or sweat, as these may cause dullness over time.

Put your jewelry on last, after applying makeup or fragrance.

Keep each piece in the House of Oria cloth pouch provided.

Store separately to prevent scratching, tangling, or stone friction.

Wipe your jewelry after each wear with a soft, dry cloth to remove oils and residue.
For Gold-Plated & Kundan Pieces

Handle with care — these pieces are handcrafted and may be delicate.

Keep away from moisture to maintain plating and preserve stone-setting integrity.

If exposed to moisture, dry immediately with a soft cloth.
