At House of Oria, every piece is handcrafted with care and carefully inspected before shipping. Because of the delicate nature of our jewelry and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our Customer Care Team within 3 business days of receiving your package via email.

To qualify for an exchange or store credit:
- The item must be unworn, in its original packaging, with all tags intact
- You must provide photos and your order number
- Our team will review and confirm eligibility before approval
We do not offer refunds or accept exchanges after the 3-day window. Custom and made-to-order pieces are final sale.
