Do you have a physical store to view jewelry?

House of Oria is an online-only jewelry house. While we don’t have a physical storefront or showroom, we do offer curbside pickup for local orders from our Brampton warehouse location. Please note, this is not a retail space — orders are prepared in advance and handed to you upon arrival.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Each order is lovingly prepared and carefully inspected before shipping. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–10 business days within Canada & the United States. For all other international orders, delivery timelines vary. You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships so you can follow its journey.

For local orders, we also provide convenient curbside pickup from our warehouse in Brampton, Ontario. To have your order ready for local pickup, select this option at checkout.
Do you offer local pickup options? Yes — we provide local curbside pickup from our warehouse located at 7900 Hurontario St. Suite 1 (Hurontario St & Steeles Ave E, Brampton). Once you receive an email confirmation that your order is ready, you will get pickup instructions. Orders are usually ready within 2-4 business days for pick up. Please note this is not our storefront we do not have a physical location to view jewelry. For urgent orders, contact our Customer Care Team via email or Instagram DM and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
I purchased items but I changed my mind. What are my options? Due to the delicate and handcrafted nature of our jewelry, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please review item details carefully before completing your purchase.
I made an error inputting my shipping address, can I update it? Please contact our Customer Care Team at support@houseoforia.com as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we’ll do our best to update the address. Once a parcel has been dispatched, we’re unable to make changes or guarantee redelivery.
How can I get free shipping? We offer complimentary shipping for orders $100 CAD+ within Canada. We also occasionally run complimentary shipping promotions and special perks for subscribers. Join our newsletter or follow us on Instagram @houseoforia to stay updated.
Do you ship internationally? Yes — House of Oria ships worldwide. Shipping times and rates vary by destination, and international orders may be subject to duties or taxes based on your country’s regulations. For orders shipping to USA destinations House of Oria will gladly cover the duties cost.
How are shipping rates calculated? Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on the destination. We will soon have standard shipping rates available and posted.
Will the Canada Post strike affect my order? In the rare event of carrier disruptions or strikes, we’ll proactively reach out to affected customers and arrange alternate shipping solutions wherever possible.
Will I need to pay duties? For orders shipping to USA destinations House of Oria will gladly cover the duties cost. Orders shipped outside of Canada/USA may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local VAT depending on your region. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping cost.
How can I contact the Oria customer care team? You can reach our Customer Care Team for support regarding orders, delivery updates, or product questions via support@houseoforia.com or Instagram DM via the chat icon at the bottom right of the screen. Please note we do not accept inquiries via phone call at this time. We usually respond to all inquiries within 24-48 hours.
I sent an inquiry but didn’t get a response — what are my options? Please check your spam or promotions folder as our reply may have been filtered. If you haven’t heard back within 1–2 business days, feel free to follow up via Instagram DM or email again — we’ll ensure your message is prioritized.
How can I return my order if I'm not happy with my purchase? As all pieces are handcrafted and made to order, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind. Please review your selection carefully before checkout.
My order arrived damaged — how can I get help? We’re so sorry to hear that. Please contact our Customer Care Team within 24 hours of receiving your order at support@houseoforia.com. Include photos of the item and packaging, along with your order number. If approved, we’ll arrange an exchange or store credit.
I have a promo code, how can I use it? Enter your promo code at checkout in the “Discount Code” field before completing your payment. The discount will automatically apply to eligible items.
Can I use more than one promo code at checkout? Only one promo code can be applied per order unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
What are your payment options? Is my information secure? We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify’s encrypted checkout, ensuring your information is fully protected.
